Richard Carroll is vice president of Con-way Enterprise Services, the central shared services division of Con-way Inc. He is responsible for the IT organizations of Con-way Freight and Menlo Worldwide Logistics, managing a staff of 450 in multiple worldwide locations. Carroll’s 30 year career includes large scale projects in education, manufacturing, software, supply chain and information technology; most recently, he led the deployment of Lean Office for the entire Con-way Enterprise Services organization.
