Joe Hanna PhD. currently serves as associate dean and Regions Bank professor of supply chain management at Auburn University. He is active in the undergraduate and graduate programs and also participates in Auburn’s executive and customized education programs. Hanna has performed supply chain education and consulting tasks with several firms including Pratt Whitney, Hyundai, Menlo Logistics, Pacer International, Transplace, W.C. Bradley, Fortna Supply Chain Consulting and SMC3. Prior to entering into academia, he gained practical business experience with Phillips Petroleum (now ConocoPhillips), Phillips 66 Chemical Company (now ChevronPhillips Chemical Company), and Coopers and Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coppers).
