Antitrust law promotes and/or maintains market competition by regulating anti-competitive conduct. This session will focus on antitrust legislation as it pertains to U.S. carrier competition and how to maintain best business practices to avoid antitrust related issues. Led by prominent Atlanta antitrust attorney Allen Hirsch, the session will also cover anti-competitive, deceptive and unfair trade practices as defined in common law and major antitrust legislation.
