Page Siplon is the executive director of the Center of Innovation for Logistics, an industry focused component of the Georgia Department of Economic Development. Siplon recently initiated the state’s first statewide logistics summit in 2009 and created the first Georgia Logistics Report which defined the state’s logistics industry and the resulting economic impact. He has served as the lead consultant on the Commission for New Georgia’s Freight and Logistics Task Force and has consulted with other state departments of transportation on leveraging public and private partners for comprehensive statewide freight transportation planning.
